During our project, we received some tried and tested recipes from a dedicated team of highly experienced chefs at The Trove. Tips provided and solutions offered has impacted our business a lot. They have been flexible and adaptive during the project and were able to provide practical and commercially sustainable solution by working very closely on ground with our team. We must appreciate their support even after completion of the project. Wish them all the best for their future projects.

We find working with Simran from Trove very engaging and dependable. She totally understand our requirements and helps us find the best fit for our restaurants. She understand the job requirement to the T and the culture of the company. She helped us hire our core team for our coffee shop and we are extremely happy with them. Extremely easy to work with and our go to person for hiring in the hospitality industry.

We were delighted with the services provided by Simran and her team, they gave us key improvement ideas for the kitchen and developed some innovative recipes for our menu. The Trove team were very professional and hands on during their engagement and made sure our staff were well informed and trained before they left the project site. The Trove handheld us when we decided to make a foray into the world of food delivery. Our journey started back in early 2019 when we began to setup our Asian cloud kitchen Shanghai Surprise out of Delhi NCR. We got a lot of support from their team all the way from conceptualising, curating the menu to later identifying the real estate, setting up the infrastructure and acquiring equipment etc. They also helped us create systems in our everyday working, training the staff to maintain stringent hygiene standards to stock keeping, budgeting and keeping overall costs low. Last but not least on refining our recipes to get the flavours bang on!
